Drive Medical Completes DeVilbiss Healthcare Integration in North America; Company Will Be Known as Drive|DeVilbiss Healthcare, Inc.

Port Washington, NY – October 26, 2015

Drive Medical announced today that it has completed the integration of Drive and DeVilbiss Healthcare in North America. The new company, operating as one in North America, will be known as Drive|DeVilbiss Healthcare, Inc.

As of October 26, 2015, the entire DeVilbiss product line, including all sleep therapy products, oxygen concentrators, aerosol machines and suction equipment, will be able to be combined and consolidated with Drive’s entire portfolio of medical products.
